Happiness is state of mind. If you landed on the page to understand true meaning of happiness than the above oneliner will go perfectly with it. Because when a person talks about happiness, he/she is actually not dealing with it. Yes that's true as its in human nature that we only think about those issues or emotions that are missing from our current life.
So what's being just happy. Or how to be just happy!! Seems difficult for all most every second person here..but if you try to achieve it in perfection than you might not be able to feel it. There are no perfect steps to follow it either. Many people do try to jump on varies misconceptions to procure happiness. But in real life its nowhere else outside as it is deep inside you but you sealed it with other worldly concepts.
Let out your thoughts and emotions. Do not burden yourself just by imagining how others will judge you. You know the secret of being happy. So, just admit it who you are truely and what you actually want from yourself. Make yourself free from all contradictions and just let your mind feel free. And ta-da you will definately feel a good change in yourself.
There are many ways to change the course of your life to feel this contentment. Although these are all repeated methods but no harm in following them if you want to flow with happy state:-
*Start your day with positive thought : Just Feel good and love everything about yourself. Do whatever you feel is right for you.
*Break routine : Instead of all planning and excersing take a break and let your mind and body free from daily chores (sometimes😜).
*Forget and forgive : Do not burden your brain by putting too much pressure of negativity. Just let go all negativity for once.
*Stop Comparing : Do not judge yourself and do not get bother about others who practice so.
*Gift yourself: Pamper yourself. Do not depend on anyone to do it for you.
*Get lots of sleep : Another best way to relax is shut your eyes and get busy with your dreams in dreamland.
I am not an expert but these are my floating thoughts that I usually practice on me to just be HAPPY. There's no ultimate state of statisfaction but still if we simplify our life than it won't be difficult to reach upto that level.
